1. Our services
Global Academia Connects provides education counselling and university-application support for students who wish to study in Malaysia and abroad — including course and fee information, admission guidance, scholarship advice and visa (EMGS) support.
Final admission, scholarship and visa decisions are made solely by the respective universities and government authorities. We do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, or a visa outcome — we help you prepare and apply well.
2. Fees and information
Course fees, entry requirements, intakes and scholarship policies shown on this site are indicative and can change without notice. Your exact, confirmed fee is verified by your counsellor on the university's official offer/invoice before any payment is made.
3. No visa, no fee
Under our "No visa, no fee" offer, we pay your student visa (EMGS) fee or your first payment to the university on your behalf. You pay that amount back to us once your student visa is approved. If the visa is not approved, you do not pay it back.
The offer is only for students with strong academic results who apply to selected universities. Your counsellor will tell you whether you qualify, and which payment we cover, before you apply.
4. Intellectual property
All material on this website — text, graphics, logos, data and code — belongs to Global Academia Connects or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse it without our written permission.
5. Your conduct
You agree to provide truthful, accurate information and not to submit any content that is false, offensive, defamatory or unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Global Academia Connects is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its information.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Academia Connects is established. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
